Thank you for a great event and another great example of Christian Unity.  As you so aptly stated, Family Promise is Christian Unity in action, ever day of the year.  And again, many thanks for your willingness to donate all of the love donations to Family Promise.  We will use it to serve those that are most vulnerable in our community.
The food in the Hall was excellent and the turnout was good.  We had a chance to mix with a lot of people.  The tables are a good idea since older people find it difficult to stand with a drink and a plate of food and have conversation.  At cocktail parties it is easier to stand since usually a drink is all you have to hold.
Again, we enjoyed this year's event and are moved by such diversity and Unity.
Thank you for what you do in this very important ministry and please congratulate the other ministry members on a moving event.

Good evening Chau,
We were truly moved by the spirit of Christian unity demonstrated at the Churches Coming Together in Song event on Saturday.  What an awesome worship experience!
On behalf of the families assisted by Family Promise of Flagler, we offer our thanks for the many heartfelt prayers and the financial gifts that have been afforded to them through this event.
Chau, we thank you and the community of faith that came together to make this event possible.
In Christian love,
Darla Otey, Executive Director, Family Promise of Flagler, January 22, 2013 7:26:31

Dear Chau and Christian Unity Ministry:
On behalf of the Board of Directors of Family Promise of Flagler, we echo the thanks given by Darla Otey for such a moving event.  You and your Ministry members are passionate about Christian Unity and the many activities that you planned this week unite all of us in Flagler.
Family Promise is an example of Christian Unity in action, every day of the year in Flagler.  We have over 250 volunteers from over a dozen congregations serving those most vulnerable in our community.
Once again, we are most grateful to your Ministry's for its decision to donate the love offering dollars to Family Promise of Flagler.  As you know, our ability to serve the needy is dependent on the generosity of individuals, associations and ministries like yours.
Thank you, thank you, thank you.

Hello Lynne and Chau,
Congratulations on such an amazing job with last Saturday's Song and Praise celebration.  We received many compliments from our guests and  "radical" hospitality was abundant.
A huge thank you to Lynne McCabe and Judy Grillo for all their help and support to the very end of the day's activities.  The Holy Spirit was indeed with us that day, may It continue to shine within all our Santa Maria Church family, our pastor Fr Al and all Christians world wide.
Peace and Blessings,
Angela Ledford [Hospitality ministry], January 23, 2013 9:56:20 AM

Thank you so very much for your generous support of Family Promise and for the wonderful worship experience that Churches United in Song and Prayer provided.
Also, thank you Father Al for what you mean to this community and Family Promise.

Mr. Phan,
For the last 2 years I have been a part of the St. Mark by the Sea choir and participated in the Flagler Churches Together at Santa Maria Del Mar Catholic Church.  What wonderful, spirit filled and uplifting services they have been and my husband and I feel so blessed to be a part of it.
Several people who were at the service shared there thanks and joy for the service.  Several of them, and I will join them in suggesting, that next year "ALL" the choirs together perform a song at the end of the service, a Mass Choir.  Even if we sang "Let There Be Peace on Earth" 1st  in harmony and then the audience could join in singing it the 2nd time.  Or perhaps a song could be selected and distributed to all the choirs to practice and we could sing it together at the end. Just an idea.
We look forward to next year.  It is a highlight of our winter.  Thank you for your leadership in organizing this great event.
Blessings, Mary Eichen, choir member at St .Mark by the Sea Lutheran Church, January 24, 2013 2:22:33 PM
